Petersons Wines have been around now for over 40 years and have been doing food and wine matching events now for over 30 years. As John always says "wine is really what you eat." What you eat will determine how your wine will taste or what flavours you experience. Like strawberries with balsamic, or prosciutto with rock melon, matching a wine and cheese effectively can add enormously to the experience of both the wine and the cheese. One and one can equal three!
