Led by the esteemed John the Pom, an expert in all things Petersons Wines, and Penny Lawson, the renowned curator of Penny’s Cheese Shop, this masterclass promises to be an unforgettable experience.

John, with over 30 years of experience in food and wine matching, will guide us through the intricate art of pairing wines with cheeses, emphasising that "wine is really what you eat." Meanwhile, Penny, a true curd nerd with over 18 years in the cheese industry, will delight us with a selection of five hand-made Australian cheeses, ranging from fresh to blue, all sourced from NSW and Victoria.
